In the late 1990's a group of young volleyball players hailing from Kerala, the southern province of India gathered every Friday in the City of Brampton, Ontario to play their most favourite game of volleyball. This team emerged as a professional volleyball team in the year 2001, and came to be known as the "Brampton Spikers". In the year 2003, the Brampton Spikers was registered as a non-profit organisation in Ontario, Canada with the goal of promoting volleyball and outdoor activities among the Keralite Community, especially the youth. The Spikers club is an active participant in the Kairali Tournament since the year 2003, and became the first winner of the Kairali volleyball Ever rolling trophy in the year 2003 and many more.

Our Club activities are conducted on every Tuesdays in Brampton and every Fridays in Mississauga. We welcome every Malayalee volleyball players to participate in our regular activities. We also like to thank every one of our supporters, sponsors and our families.

We take this opportunity to pay our special tributes to the founder of Brampton Spikers Volleyball Club, our Late Mr. Biju Kuriakose for organising and guiding us as a team and as a group until his last days. We cherish all those fond memories and occasions together since 2001. We Salute…
